I want to help LA Metro serve people better, Reconnect Communities, and light the way for more equitable multimodal upgrades as it reclaims space from drive-along trips.

The status quo transportation in Los Angeles and the United States literally (largely inequitably) kills people through direct traffic, air pollution, and hours spent on the road. After a sabbatical visiting old mega-event sites and 5 years working in mobility / Tokyo 2020 tech, I want to maximize LA Metro's success through LA28 and beyond. I'm especially excited about Reconnecing Community's focus on ‘repairing the harm caused by infrastructure choices of hte past,” and the opportunity to build on Paris and other Olympics’ learnings.
